Bookings
All sessions, workshops, parties and incursions are subject to availability and must be booked and paid for through our booking system unless otherwise agreed. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
Supervision
Messy Play and Mums & Bubs sessions require a parent or guardian to stay and supervise for the full session. For school holiday workshops and art sessions, primary school aged children can be dropped off and collected, while children under 5 require an accompanying adult. Each session listing will state whether supervision is required.
Health and illness
Please don't bring your child along if they're unwell. We run sessions for a lot of little ones in close contact, and keeping sick kids home helps stop germs spreading between families who visit.
Materials and equipment
Some workshops and Art Club sessions use low temperature hot glue guns. These are used under adult supervision or with adult help where needed, and any session using them will say so in its description.
Assumption of risk
Creative and messy play activities carry a normal level of risk, such as mess, minor spills or incidental contact with materials. By attending, you accept this risk for yourself and any children in your care. Please let us know of any allergies or sensitivities before your session.
Photos and content
We take photos and videos during sessions for our website and social media, and we'll normally check with you beforehand. If you'd rather we only capture the backs of heads or hands in motion, or you'd prefer not to be included at all, just let us know.
