Cancellations, credits and no shows

Cancelling due to illness

If you let us know before your session that your child is unwell and can't attend, we're happy to offer a credit for another session.

Visit passes

5 Visit Passes and 10 Visit Passes are non-refundable once purchased, but they don't expire, so use them whenever suits your family.

Parties and private events

A 15% non-refundable deposit is due to secure your party date. When booking, let us know how many guests you're inviting and we'll prepare your invoice for that number. The remaining balance, adjusted for your final guest count, is due the week of your party.

If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you can choose either a 50% refund or to reschedule to another date.

Incursions

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to book and secure your incursion date. Cancellations made with less than a week's notice may incur a fee to cover the cost of preparation and materials already purchased for your session.

Travel fee

Mobile parties and incursions more than 10km from the studio incur a travel fee of $0.88 per km, calculated for the return trip.

Sessions cancelled by us

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session (for example, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you'll be offered a full refund or a spot in an alternative session.
